I started a 90 Day Plan, and This Is How It Grew My Business

Well, folks, it’s time to pull up a chair, brew a cup of tea, or if you’re feeling particularly festive, pop a bottle of champagne. Why, you ask? Because we’re about to dive into the epic tale of my 90-day plan, an adventure filled with victories, missteps, and a whole lot of learning.

Armed with a bucket load of optimism and a fiery determination, I embarked on my 90-day plan. Spoiler alert: it turned out to be a wild ride! * learn how to do a 90 day challenge here

90 day challenge to grow your business

Firstly, drumroll, please! I’m thrilled to announce that we’ve welcomed seven new clients into our quirky, lovable family. Seven spectacular souls dared to join our merry band of misfits. We also received an impressive 50 inquiries. You might be thinking, “Well, with 50 inquiries, shouldn’t you have more than seven new clients?” And you’d be spot-on! My marketing charm seems to be working wonders, but there’s a wee hitch when it comes to sealing the deal. Note to self: work on my closing game.

In the world of email marketing, our subscriber count has seen a modest growth. Not as much as I’d hoped, but hey, you win some, you lose some. This mild disappointment has sparked a new goal for the next 90-day challenge: embracing my inner Don Draper and venturing into the realm of paid marketing. After all, my email list has always been a big money spinner for me, so the key is just more leads in the top of the funnel.

Plot twist! Of all the platforms, YouTube and LinkedIn were the dark horses that galloped ahead in follower growth. Who would’ve thought? Plus, my Instagram reach skyrocketed from a humble 5k to a mind-boggling 50k, proving that my bottom-of-the-funnel content on IG was hitting the bullseye.

My content creation journey had its own share of ups and downs. Short-form videos were a hit, but wrestling with tweets, blog posts, and podcast production was a different story. So, moving forward, my new mantra is ‘repurpose, not recreate.’

A surprising revelation during this 90-day challenge was the positive impact of a morning walk on my mental health. My sleep improved too, until a certain adorable puppy entered the scene. More cuddles, less sleep, trade-off accepted! Interestingly, I found myself spending less time marketing and more time working strategically with my clients.

It seems the 90-day plan has helped me prioritize better.

Last but not least, the 90-day challenge helped me understand my PMDD cycles better. I realized that every fourth week saw a dip in my creativity, and with this newfound insight, I could plan my calendar accordingly to allow for rest.

So, there you have it! . It’s been a wild journey, filled with growth, insights, and a whole lot of sexy data. As we gear up for the next 90-day adventure, I’m excited to see what new challenges and successes are ahead for me and the other participants. If you have any questions or comments, don’t hesitate to drop them below.

Here’s to the next 90 days!
